What ingredients do you use?

All of our ingredients are thoughtfully sourced to create safe, sustainable products that are vegan, cruelty-free, and phthalate-free. For making Lip Balm we use these ingredients made by shea butter, coconut oil, sunflower oil, vitamin e, beeswax etc.

Is shipping free?

Shipping is free when you order $50 or more.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We begin processing your order as soon as we receive it. Processing takes 7-10 business days (orders placed after 12PM ET are processed the next business day). Orders typically deliver within 7-10 business days from when we process your order. 

Can I change/cancel my order?

Any order can be changed or canceled, so long as it hasn’t left our warehouse. 

My order was damaged what do I do?

If you received a damaged product please send a photo to for our Quality Assurance team, and we will ship you a replacement right away.
